5/11/15 – SOCM’s Rutherford County Chapter to Host a Live Benefit Concert – The concert will feature local bands The Strumms, Isidro, Sky Hammer Mortars, and The Worried Minds
WHAT: Members of the Rutherford County Chapter of Statewide Organizing for Community eMpowerment (SOCM) will host a live benefit concert to support SOCM”s community organizing work. This follows on from the Rutherford County Chapter’s successful benefit concert in November 2014. The event features a musically diverse bill of local artists, including The Strumms, Isidro, Sky Hammer Mortars, and The Worried Minds. Everyone is welcome to attend, talk to local SOCM members about work SOCM is doing in Rutherford County and across the state, and listen to some great local music.
9:00 p.m. until late CDT, Saturday, May 16th
Open to the public. Admission is $5 at the door.
